California is known for some of the most varied landscapes in the United States and also the most dependable year-round weather, making it an epic destination for glamping.
Glamping in my opinion, is one of the best ways to experience all that California has to offer because it allows you to be in the midst of nature and enjoy all of the best parts of camping while leaving all of the annoying bits behind.
S’mores under the stars? Absolute yes. Attempting to set up my own tent in the dark? Probably a pass.
There are some pretty unique glamping sites in California that truly make for a magical experience, and over my decade plus of living here, I’ve been taking notes on all the best spots that I’m sharing in this post.
